GET IT
  • Strawberries
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (each measuring about 4 inches long)
  • Vodka
  • Infusing vessel of choice (make sure it has a tight-fitting lid)
  • Fine mesh strainer
MAKE IT

Remove stems from strawberries and slice each berry in half lengthwise. Drop halved strawberries and rosemary sprigs into your infusing vessel at a ratio of 1 cup strawberries and 2 sprigs rosemary per two cups vodka. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place. Shake gently once per day. On the third day, remove the rosemary. Let the strawberries infuse for an additional 2-4 days.

Place strainer over a bowl. Pour the vodka over the strainer to remove the strawberries and rosemary. Pour the vodka back into your infusing vessel and seal to store.
