Chile Libre

The People have asked for a quick and easy way to use their chile rum, and we always give The People what they want!

Legend has it that the Cuba Libre–a cocktail of light rum, Coca-Cola, and lime–was born during the Spanish-American War. Chile infusion lends a little extra machismo to this battlefield favorite.

Chile Libre

GET IT
  • 1 to 1 1/2 ounces chile rum, depending on your heat tolerance
  • Cola of choice
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge for garnish
MAKE IT

Pour rum over ice in a lowball glass. Top with cola and garnish with lime wedge. Make spice, not war!
